I was surprised to realize that black teas
didn't have one of these threads so I took it upon myself to start one.
I've been drinking Adagio's Yunnan Noir
today. I oversteeped the first batch and it was on the bitter side. Later infusions were much more mellow. Malty with a hint of coco. Not my favorite black, but good.
