HAGI SO 13 "Tempest"
Re: NEW!!! HAGI SO 13 "Tempest"
I already gave in with mine... I like the way the cracks are so "large" in comparison to my other pieces, at least so far. Different.

Debunix, I do not know what it is about those photos but the colors just look so comforting and natural. I do not know if it is the mostly brown and wood tones, with the comforting whites, purples and greens. Either way it looks like a wonderful family!

Currently sipping some Haiwan purple bud sheng puerh from Norbu out of one of my new cups, and it does seem to taste especially nice this way. Heh. Purple glaze, purple bud, tea happiness.
These have a great feel in the hand--the coarse clay smoothed by the glaze, heavy weighted base keeps them upright, thin walled sides. And this first session is already making a few crackles pop out from the background.
