Speechless? Or did you not heed my advice and sit before viewing? :?:

The cup is in da pot for its soak!

Camera batteries died after 1 inside shot ... oh well ... more to come I am sure.

I should plan a roadtrip to heist the truck with my cup in it.....that's a good defense when I get arrested right?

Snowdrift #17 is in the house!! Truly a beautiful piece! Delivered maybe a 1/2 hour ago -- shipping was super fast. Have a lot more to say about the piece in a little while...

1. Comparing how it felt in the right versus the left hand ... this is interesting with this yunomi.

2. Looking for crackle stains.

3. Deciding where to sip from, checked owners manual for instructions. They were in Japanese.

4. Checking out the feel of the kuodai ... btw, noticed the kuodai has a yin/yang thing going on ...

5. Admiring all the nuances of one very complicated cup ... for this reason it is a "she!"

I am betting you will all have similar thoughts, sensations.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who had a weird feel with different hands with this cup

I missed mine by 5 mins.
The post office was supposed to close at 1:00
but due to the holiday they closed 12:00.
I could here 'em in there rustling around and all.
but they wouldn't let me in.
So no Hagi for me till next year.
