Serenity Tea Room in Frederick

My sister and I had an absolutely wonderful tea at the Serenity Tea room in downtown Frederick. I have been to tea rooms all over the US and England and I feel that the food, tea and knowledge imparted by the proprietress made this the best experience I have ever had.
