Well, since I've been lurking here for months now, I guess I may as well try to introduce myself.
How long have you been drinking tea?
I got interested in drinking "real" tea about 10 years ago. As a child, I drank 'tilk' which was pretty much milk with a tiny bit of tea in it. This was mostly an excuse to get to see my mother and grandmother's fancy tea ware. Yes, teaware acquisition disorder is genetic.
What was your first Tea?
I remember being really, really into jasmine tea when I was younger, so probably that.
What is your favorite Tea currently?
Right now, probably some delicious Wuyi 'Little Foot' from the Tea Gallery.
What is your next purchase?
I don't have much experience with Japanese greens, and I'd like to broaden my horizons there. I have some sencha on the way, but I'd like to try some gyokuros as well.
Where is your favorite spot to brew up?
In my kitchen in the mornings. The light is great!
