i have an interest in this OTTI, but i have no experience with this tea.
what teaware are recommend for Pu-Erh?

Samples 1 and 3 - Purple clay teapot preferred.
Sample 2 - Gaiwan.

If your purple teapot is too large, preheat it and fill it to 100ml level for this exercise.

Please keep the ratios as close as possible to the reference material (TBA).

I only ask that everyone makes their best effort to brew the samples in the same way.

hmmmm my purple clay pot is about 250ml and dedicated to hong cha.

I´ll be brewing the puerh samples in either a 70ml gaiwan or 120ml glazed Petr Novak pot.
