Green Rooibos
I'm just wondering if Adagio has considered green rooibos tea. I've tried both red and green, and honestly, I prefer the green rooibos much better. I'd like to see Adagio try it with their wide variety of flavors.

I just recently did a tasting with my colleagues and here is how they describe Red vs Green:
Green Rooibos:
"Full flavor, slightly nutty and carmel notes"
"Ripe Fruit, Hint of moss, cherry note"
"Little citrus at the end, bush, sweet"
"Light, vanilla, refreshing"
"Slight grassiness,light and thin body"
"Smoky, fruity, sweet"
Red Rooibos:
"Rich Nectar, Caramel Sweet and nougat wafer"
"Nice body, warming, sweet nectar"
"Sweet, green woody and tangy"
"Lighter taste, not as full mouth feel, slightly sweet & fruity"
"Soothing and smooth, full body, little citrus note at the end"
"Thick liquor, grassy, sweet and rich"

10 years drinking tea, and I have never had either. Not in a particular rush, but would like to try both green and red at some point.
Thanks for sharing the tasting notes, Susana.

Green had a queer calling to me...I just had to try it and see the difference. I can appreciate it's difference. After some time, I prefer red. I like the "darker" spicier flavor.

I did not know there was such a thing as Green Rooibos. I love the red so much that green just seems wrong to me. I suppose that is why variety gives us something for everyone!

I've never tried green rooibos but it sounds interesting enough that I'd like to if I ever get the opportunity.

I'm a bit new to the forums, and I'm glad to see this already mentioned! I'll definitely throw my hat into the ring and say that I'd love for Adagio to pick up a green rooibos.

+1 I've had honeybush, green and red rooibos and green is definitely my favorite. Its a much mellower flavor in my opinion.

Did anybody else get the email from Adagio for the offer of getting the Green Rooibo sampler for free with a purchase of nineteen dollars? I took that offer.

I went for a 3oz bag and it's sitting 1/2 a mile from me at the post office. Effing federal holidays

Ahh. I hate that. My tea came in today, but it spent two days sitting only a couple miles from my house. What flavors did you get?
I got the four green rooibos flavors:
green rooibos
green rooibos bonita
green rooibos citron
green rooibos key west
I have only tried the straight up green one without the fruity flavors. It was nice and sweet, but a little generic tasting. (to me anyway) Defiantly something to steep multiple times and drink throughout the day though.
*Update
Green Rooibos Bonita is very nice. The flavor is light, sweet, and just so very good!
