Aging Oolong Question

Postby tortoise » Feb 19th, '11, 13:32

Does anyone know about how long an aging oolong should go between roasts? Is it an annual thing or is roasting something you can forget about for a while?

I really like the idea of aging tea, but I haven't really taken to pu erh, so I was thinking about acquiring a couple 5-10 year oolongs for setting aside.
