My name is Julia and I am in the process of opening a tea room and I need help. What permits and licenses do I need to serve sandwiches and salads. Can someone help me please

Just a note: I moved your thread from introductions to planning, which is a bit more appropriate for the topic.
As far as the different permits go, it's all different from state to state. A good place to direct these questions might be your local Chamber of Commerce or your city government.
