New use of TGY :Tieguanyin stewing duck

In china, use TGY make fashion food are more and more popular
now, i will tell you how to make this food: Tieguanyin stewing duck

Raw materials: a duck, 12 chestnut meat, jujube 15 , rock sugar, the 2 tablespoons soy sauce, Tieguanyin tea 50 grams.

making way:

1 Add Tieguanyin tea into big teapot, brewing the water,
and then put the tea liquor into Boiler electricity.

2 cut duck( cut head and feet away)into 10 large pieces, then put
Raw materials.cooking it until you can use chopstick insert
the duck body

3 before enjoying ,you add some TGY tea,it can be more
fragrant

ok ...enjoying it with your friends and relatives :lol:

That sounds awesome, oolong! Do you suggest a greener TGY or a roasted TGY for this type of dish? I imagine a roasted one would be more appropriate.

tea-smoked duck

I like tea-smoked duck better. You get to drink the tea first, then use the left-over leaves to flavor the duck :D I'm just joking. I never criticize a food that I haven't tasted. I would like to try this to see how it compares to tea-smoked duck.
