I'm in the early stages, still sampling and figuring out what I like. My tastes seem to be leaning towards shu Pu-erh and Chinese blacks(reds). All the Pu-erhs I've tried so far have been from Upton Tea, with my favorite being their ZH25: China Pu-Erh Standard. I have some samples on the way from Jas-eTea, which should arrive today. I might have a new Pu-erh favorite in the near future. All of my other current favorites are also from Upton Tea. I know, I need to try more vendors. I like their Lapsang Souchong Imperial, Lapsang Souchong Black Dragon, and Finest Russian Caravan. I just recently sampled Upton's Original Earl Grey, which was great with just a hint of honey added.
At the moment my mug contains Upton's Pu-Erh Mini Squares. Well, the liquor from the mini-squares, actually. The squares themselves are still in the pot, and aren't square anymore.
It's the last of a recent sample. It's okay, but could be a bit more earthy for my taste.
