As long as we're talking mediocre and not BAD, definitely mediocre over none.

I had a nice bowl of tenkei tori matcha today, and I'll be continuing to drink up some Uji karigane gyokuro that I started with lunch. I was pleasantly surprised by how sweet and refreshing it is. Mmmm.

I am seriously considering drinking only high end teas, getting rid of the basic stuff, even if it means drinking less tea in the end. So about mediocreTea...

I am watching at my teas right now, really wondering what to begin my teaday with... :)

None over bad. Mediocre over none.

Teamasters HF TKY this morning, alone, and in substantial portion.

Hmmm.....probably mediocriTEA, depending on the alternatives available. Fortunately, this morning enjoying a good Zairai sencha in my ROCK, so nothing mediocre involved.

I often mis-brew, so am quite used to drinking mediocre stuff because of my own ineptitude. I much prefer it to no tea at all.

No tea so far today, and now it's too late.

If good tea is at hand, I am a TeaSnob, but on a rare ocassion, I will even use a standard teabag and can even enjoy it a little. However, this is acceptable once or twice a year maybe and when I am away from the good stuff.

Began the TD with Yutaka Midori from Umami-Chaya with the Mrs. Next up, Aoi from O-Cha. Nothing mediocre happening on the TeaFront today.

It would depend how long I have to wait for a good tea. Like, if I was at a restaurant and all they had was Lipton, I'd wait until I got home.

Rose congou all day today; currently drinking some gyokuro.

I could drink mediocre tea for a very short time but that's all. I am a tasting junkie and mediocre tea doesn't excite me.

I just opened my last bag of 2010 shincha, Kiwami is in my cup.
