I would say to a degree more when
I eat is affected than how much. If I am going to have tea anytime soon, food will usually have to wait til after tea. Food really messes up my ability to taste, smell and get the overall flavor profile of many teas. If I was just going to have genmaicha or hojicha, it really would not matter.
What I eat is also somewhat affected for similar reasons, so spicy foods that I like are often put on waiting lists.
I would also say that more Asian foods have crept into the menu, although I was always interested and enjoyed them, they are more prevalent.
Began the TD with YM Diamond from Umami-Chaya with the Mrs. Discovered that using more than 1:1 ratio, around 5:4, will definitely help this YM selection.
