Green Tea Salt!?

Postby SlientSipper » May 5th, '11, 00:29

Who knew that existed? I didn't.
I read a review of a local restaurant and noticed they used green tea salt.
Honestly?
I found that out a few moments ago. (no its not matcha)
actually green tea into some kind of salt mix they use it in a dish at a Japanese restaurant here.
I'll have to try it out real soon.
I am amazed.

I knew of it, and I even bought some. It's been maybe a year since I bought it, and I haven't used it once. There's just not much I think would pair well with green tea and salt, simultaneously, though I think I might start using it to salt the bread I bake...
