When I last ordered (a month ago), I got a refill on a custom blend because I was running low at home. I didn't immediately open the refill because I didn't want to break yon freshness seal till I was ready to drink, so I didn't find out until today that the blend inside does not match the label outside.
If I had to guess, I'd say someone added a minty green instead of the Irish Breakfast called for in the original blend. Although it is a flavor experience (and then some), it's not what I wanted.
Is there any way to send this back for a do-over bag of the blend?
