This dark soy sauce contains powdered green and pu-erh.
Very interesting aroma.

Quite nice on some celery dumplings (芹菜馄饨) this morning.Drax wrote: And... how does it taste...?
The classic dark soy taste is dominant of course, but the tea flavor is unmissable.
The sodium glutamate umami taste makes the tea come out nicely. Aftertaste stays for quite some time. Just now whilst typing this I tried a little bit on my finger but without the heat from the steamy wontons I had this morning it's not quite the same.
