Wow, very cool! Such an amazing display of colors without being a gaudy chaotic mess. Awesome!

A pretty new cup from shyrabbit, very close to the size of my 'shadows' cup that is my favorite for young sheng puerhs, but in his spectacular Nuka glaze
and a pretty little banded cup came with it

These shiny ceramics are VERY hard to photograph well. I took at least 10 for every one that I've posted, trying with flash, without flash, and resorting to all sorts of craziness to try to minimize the reflections and glare. It's a maddening exercise, but they're so pretty that they're worth the effort.lkj23 wrote:bettler pictures than Michael´s ones

This is my new Yunomi from Michael. It is spectacular and my photos do not do the glaze justice. It arrived on a very dark day and made it a bit brighter. Thank you Michael.
Michael named it Three Red Curtains (三红窗帘). I am having a box made for it and it will have calligraphy applied.
I have used it with our newest OTTI and it has performed spectacularly!

TreasureHunt Treasure 5 by Michael Coffee. Yes, another beautiful TeaCup, this time "glazed with Yellow Crystal Matte and reduction fired." Who is the lucky TreasureHunter?

Re: D. Michael Coffee (shyrabbit) Ceramics in Pagosa Springs, CO
Hello,
It's been almost 3 months since I last posted here on TC...The summer has flown by, we are into our fall season with about 4-6" of snow so far today. I'm not sure where the time goes, but it surely has.
I thought I would post some images of current work in both bisque and finished form. All the finished pieces were fired in my small kiln that holds about 45-55 pieces. These are from my most recent firings that took place last week.
Thanks for looking,
Michael
