Speaking of TNG ...."Earl Grey hot," a close 2nd for 3 word wonders and certainly the best tea pick-up line. Although, I would think "resistance is futile" must be the best pick up line of all time.
Of course the best one worder was and still is, "ENGAGE!!!" You can't say this in a regular conversation without also at least thinking about doing that finger point thing.

I've been in lust with that man since I was 8. There's probably something horribly wrong and Freudian with that, but I don't care.
