Nope, I have not. The price seems extremely attractive for a 1994 tea.

Odd though, the picture of the beeng looks rather green, but the one 'chunk' looks a bit redder; I guess it could just be a lighting issue. The brewed tea and spent leaves look about right...?

There are lots of cakes out there with this wrapper, with varying ages and quality. This doesn't look 90s, maybe mid 2000s

I haven't tried that one but looking at those pictures it can't possibly be that old. Another odd thing to mention is the 09 Dayi 7542 selling for US$129. That should be a pretty good indication that something it not right with that vendor. Reminds me of bear's post about Ten Ren. Hmm

That $129 price is per tong, not per cake. No comment intended about the validity or lack thereof of vendor's wares.

lol. Thought that was a bit odd since people have said good things about them. A tong makes sense for that price.

Thanks for your replies and that's why I was asking in this forum. $74 bucks is way too attractive for a 1994 beeng! Hmm...I will move on with this one.

Has anyone had any experiences with Yunnan Colourful and their product quality?

Cheers.
