This is a nice general summary of some potential health benefits of tea.
Taken off USDA site. Enjoy reading, I sure did. Every day it seems tea has more medicinal uses I had not heard of.

Interesting, though I need to track down the references and relearn my molecular bio and chemistry...
Note to self: keep up the tea habit?
