Margaritaville Tea?? Help!

by charoma » Sep 8th, '11, 10:50

Has anyone ever heard of Margaritaville tea? Someone at my work just gave me a free sample, but I cant find anything about it online. The label on the tea canister said TeaMuse & Adagio Teas, so I've come here looking for it. I'm not sure exactly what it is. It looks like a black tea/green tea blend with little light brown sticks I haven't been able to identify. Anyone know what I'm talking about?? Thanks.

Welcome to TeaChat.

Sounds like a custom Signature Blend from Adagio. http://www.adagio.com/signature_blend/i ... 1648a62437 There is a search box on the left for Signature Blends. Otherwise, contact Adagio.

Tried searching the signature blends, but nothing comes up called Margaritaville (which was clearly printed on the tea canister). I looked at all the other Margarita signature blends that popped up in the search, but still nothing quite matched it. I've tried contacting Adagio, but they haven't gotten back to me.

I also did a quick search here on the forum and no mention of the tea here.

However, with your Adagio search, be sure that you have the name spelled exactly as it appears on the label or the search function will not work.

Does the blend include the name of the creator? It may be easier to search for the creator of the blend and look through the blends they have. The problem is Adagio has a massive number of signature blends, and I believe based on what others have said on this forum is occasionally some blends fall off the map, so to speak.

I hope this helps.

The creator is Carol Lindquist. She shows up when I search by creator, but this blend isn't on there. And there doesn't appear to be a way to contact another user on the site either. So, I guess I've hit a dead end. :(

Or attempt to create a similar blend.
