Hi!
I've bought this type of tea (in India) and I would have some advise for the its preparation.
How many minutes of infusion do you use? How many °F?

Re: Silver Darjeeling Green Tea
I would start with the usual recommendation for Darjeeling teas which is about 1 teaspoon for about 240ml. Adding boiling water and let sit for 4 minutes. Pour the whole pot into cups or serving vessel. After drinking, you can make adjustments to brewing time, either more or less. Or, maybe more leaf.Simone wrote:Hi!

Re: Silver Darjeeling Green Tea
I've found Darjeeling green teas to be a lot more picky than similar-looking Chinese green teas...so if I were you I'd go easy on the brewing temperature...maybe start lower like 160F, then up it. Normally I like brewing green teas on the hotter side...180F or sometimes even hotter. But I find Darjeeling greens are an exception.
