Hello from Italy!
Hi!
Finally I've found a forum that talks about tea!
I hope to know new things about tea, especially about oolong and green tea, and the preparation of these.
I usually drink one cup of tea in the morning, and 2-3 cup of green or oolong in the afternoon.
Simone

Welcome, there are plenty of people who will talk of tea with you.
Whereabouts in Italy do you reside?

Re: Hello from Italy!
I love that shop, but I have to take one hour of train to go there, so I buy tea where I can (last time in internet, the Yunnan Sourcing).
I went there this summer (before leaving for India
) and I bought a lot of tea. The owner is very polite.
How do you know that shop?

Re: Hello from Italy!
Just searching the internet
I buy most of my tea from China - several sources including Ebay Dragon Tea House, Jing Tea Shop, Yunnan Sourcing amongst others, though I get my Dan Cong from California (Tea Habitat). I am always on the lookout for British and European suppliers.
I get a fair amount of tea from 3 British suppliers.
Wan Ling UK
Jing (UK)
Essence Of Tea.
I visit my girlfriend in Malaysia every year and bring tea back, and she comes to UK once each year, when I have to introduce her to different European countries. Italy is on our to do list, so If whilst on holiday, I could visit a tea shop. maybe this would be a good one!

Although there are many other directions that could be where you live.
2 of my all time favourite wines could perhaps be described as 1 hour from Rome
I cannot afford to drink them these days
Brunello Di Montalcino
Vino Nobile De Montepulciano

I'm very very lucky!
I'm from the south of Umbria, one of the best producing regions of wine in Italy! Probably you'll also like the "Rosso of Montefalco" and the "Sagrantino of Montefalco".
