Too much Jasmine

My dear mother gave me two huge tins of jasmine tea. There is no way I'
m going to get through all it before it goes bad. It's not the best tea but I had to see it go to waste. Any thoughts on how to use all this tea besides drinking a million cups a day?

Iced tea!
You can either make a huge batch of tea and then ice it, or do a casual cold brew to use up a ton of leaf. Dump 5-8 tsp of tea into a liter of purified water, and let it soak overnight (or for at least 5-6 hours). Strain, sweeten, and enjoy!
Since it's jasmine, you could use it for potpourri as well. Just thinking out loud...

Two very good points. It does make a lovely iced tea and I have used it as potpourri myself. It can really stink up a room.

tea leaves absorb odor and jasmine can be a nice scent, so put some in a coat closet or where you can use your tea like baking soda
