Unfortunately, most of the ones I know about were on Black Friday. Most of these were posted to Steepster. But here are a few that are still going on:

Utopia Tea: Free shipping over $50, plus sample bonuses on anything you buy (Monday)
Tealicious: 20% off on Monday, Enter Promo code: TLCM – 1128 during checkout.
CulinaryTeas: 25% off $25 until 27th, Save 10% until 29th - codes on sidebar
Verdant Tea: Various sales until midnight on 27th.
American Tea Room: 20% off until 28th (Code on top banner)
Zhena's Gypsy Tea: 25% off until Tuesday, code FROMZHENAS

thx 4 that, ur correct; only ones that I might have gone for (Verdant site-wide) have expired already :(

Looked @the Steepster thread, other than Verdant not one of the others lists any teas with a vintage date and/or picking date/season. I don't buy any tea these days that doesn't state that important info (unless like Hojo, you can get email confirmation for which harvest the tea is from).

Adadio is having free shipping till Cyber Mon. :).

^from that thread came a new 'tea deals' link:

Actually, it looks like Verdant's deals are all live until midnight tonight / Monday (central). I just ordered yesterday; the deals are just changed in the price of the actual products themselves, not via a coupon you have to enter in.

Also, Teadeals (dot) com [sorry, no linking privileges yet] has been aggregating tea-related deals across the net all weekend. It'll probably have a few new sales popping up yet today, as well as stuff throughout the year.

^Edit: whoops! Looks like I missed your last edit. Well, take my comment as another endorsement for that site.
