user name

by ron45 » Dec 28th, '11, 13:37

Hi, new here, I don't know how my user name got changed to my email address but it did. Been joining forums for many years and am familiar with how it's done. I need to change my user name. This doesn't appear to be an option. All I see is a place to change my password. I'm interested in many things about tea but want to get this cleaned up first

Hi Ron (?) and welcome to TeaChat.

Please tell me what user name you would like, and I will gladly change it. Unfortunately we had to lock the name change feature.

Hi Chip, ron45 will work for here. And thanks. I either forgot to click on email notification or maybe it's locked too? Sorry it took a while to get back.

OK, changing this right now. You will of course need to use your new name to log in to TeaChat.

You be welcome!
