Well there is cheap Indian tea and real very high quality Indian Tea sometimes more expensive than Keemuns, Yunnans and Sichuans and I am sure there are cheaper varietals of the mentioned chinese teas available.

You can good very good quality darjeeling(Indian) tea from wwwthunderboltteadotcom/ at fairly cheaper price as compared to other online sources.

This quality of tea may not be available in Indian stores because they are expensive and storing them in a regular grocery stores is not viable as the tea is so delicate.
