Help identifying teas

by bagua7 » Feb 25th, '12, 00:49

I took some photos of some containers which no English name for the teas was provided:

Tea 2

The second one was taken in the local Chinese supermarket so I am not hoping for any quality stuff, probably junk hidden within a kind of a flashy packaging.

Any ideas of what teas they might be?

Thanks.

Tea 1:
Heng Fu company only lists puer on their website besides 1 oolong.
I think the front label just says "tea tea tea" and the stuff along the side is pretty tangential, but I am not entirely sure.

Tea 2

Photo 1:
puer tea.

Photo 2:
china famous tea.

It's usually a lot easier to identify this stuff from leaf photos, since for most of us reading characters in random fonts is a struggle.

The second photo says "buckwheat tea". Similar to Korean barley tea, but said to be more effective on weight loss  Nothing is effective for me  but I like its taste.
