Maybe a bit of a different use, but a Japanese friend of mine said she puts it on a hot skillet after cooking fish to remove the fish odor.

Not sure yet. Only time will tell :wink: What I did was I put the used leaves on paper towel and left them out to dry overnight. After that, I ground the dried leaves with mortar and pestle into fine powder, then mixed that into fresh soil. I used it on a camellia sinensis plant, which is acid-loving, so hopefully that won't kill it off.
