Chip, you are cruel for giving us only one choice.

Don't blame me, blame the "TeaGodfather who made me an offer I could not refuse!"

I can't imagine refusing a special oolong.....although I have met some that I haven't wanted to drink again.
Today, Da Wu Ye, and some Jin Guan Yin, both from Norbu--a 2 oolong day.

AdamMY wrote:Even more amazing is at least in the US more of the population are coffee drinkers, and claim to know a decent bit about coffee, yet you still see coffee beans stored in big jars with loose fitting lids in some places. From my understanding its far more offensive to do this with coffee than most (not all) teas.
Around here Everyone drinks TimHorton, Second Cup & Starbucks coffee. The stuff makes me want to puke. The coffee beans they use is so over roasted and practically burnt that you could probably store it out in the open.

While I love greens and oolongs, Pu-erh is my special occasion tea, and I'd love a good puerh from the 1960's or so.

really any tea selected and brewed by a master hand would be my choice, but oolong and green in particular. maybe a pu as well, but I would be afraid that whatever redeeming qualities the master sees in a pu would be lost on me.
