So reading about Chip's big news the other day (and once again, congrats!) prompted a question in my mind... Every year the ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology) has a huge convention - and the location changes by the year.
Does tea do the same thing, one large convention - or are there smaller ones nation-wide?

... there are shows, but tea type expos are usually tied to other food or beverage expos.
Hmmm, after googling I know even less. Shows I thought were for the GP are trade only.
