Hello from Florida (an unoriginal title)

Hello, I've been reading this forum for some time now, so I decided to introduce myself. I've been into tea since I was a young girl drinking tea with my grandmother. My introduction to finer teas began when I became employed by a certain disliked large tea retailer about seven years ago. I left them about four years ago and have been exploring other tea avenues since then.

Currently, I am drinking O-cha's Yutaka Midori, but I drink pretty much every category of teas. My only real dislikes are fruit flavored teas Chinese greens, but there are exceptions.

Other than tea, I'm into cooking (pursuing a degree in culinary management), history, criminology, and general craftiness.
