There are a couple of cautions I can think of...if your Dr prescribed theophylline as a bronchodialator for you to take thats a primary metabolite of caffeine and you could be increasing your dose a lot without realizing it. Also some antibiotics can alter caffeine metabolism. So it might be worth checking with the Dr before binge drinking tea.
