I have been drinking tea ll my life but started to study it and sell it in 2007. Since then, I have meet some of the most dedicated people to this culture. Recently I did an ethnographic study on the tea culture for my graduate studies, what an amazing journey...how important the rituals of tea are to those in the culture. As I move forward with more research, I look forward to your input. My favorite tea, blending Rooibos and Honeybush for iced or hot tea.
