Your favorite white tea?

I'm new to white teas and was just curious as to what all of your favorite white teas are. I didnt get a chance to order silver needle or jasmine blossum, and was wondering the impressions of those who have tried it before.

There are nearly as many different instructions for preparing white tea as there are white teas themselves.
The real key is to experiment to find the temperature and time that fits your strength requirements. Some folks simply want more strength from this subtle tea than others!
Personally, I'd recommend 180 degrees for 3-4 minutes.

P'ai Mu Tan ('white Peony') is my favourite white - it's also one of my all-time favourite teas.

I bought the snowbud white tea from Adagio and I was very surprised how good it is to drink. I'm going to try others soon - but I am very happy with the snowbud I bought.

silver needle is has an unbelivably delicious taste. its so smooth, sweet, and subtle like a white tea should be. ive really never had anything like it and i think its become my new favorite. i urge everyone who has ever enjoyed a cup of white tea to try silver needle, its to die for! ^^

I've actually made up my mind on my next tea order from Adagio to make that part of my order.

My favorite white tea is white peony. You can find this tea in more than one grade. White tea is touted for having low caffeine. And the dry leaf may have low caffeine. But in my experience what ends up in the brewed cup seems to be highly caffeinated to me.

i don't care much for flavored white teas. the taste is so nice and subtle that any kind of flavoring just kills it, IMO. scented whites can be ok, as long as the scenting is not too strong. i had an orange blossom scented white that was very nice but overall, i like my whites plain.
i also agree with the 180 degree / 3-4 steep time. i've read a lot of places that say only steep 1-2 mins. that's really not enough. unless you're doing 2 or 3 cups, then you can do 2 mins per cup or something along those lines, but you won't have full flavor for each one.
