Wanted: Your favorite flavored iced tea picks.
I'm going to buy some loose tea for iced tea soon, and was wondering what I should try. Any suggestions?

I like fruits like mango (the best) and apricot. I also really like Casablanca twist both hot and iced.

Casablanca twist is wonderful, but I"ve only had it hot. I will definately try it iced. I like mango and apricot, too. Do you like doing it with herbals or black tea? Or green, or white for that matter?

This technically isn't flavored, but occasionally I like iced peppermint tisane. It's not strong at all, but it's nice to have around.

I do it with black teas. I am not a fan of white teas at all and green and I are only sort of friendly.

Technically isn't a tea either.

I'll go with Scruff on the peppermint...but I steer clear of the tisane route by drinking some sort of Moroccan Mint. It's great on mornings when I wake up and just feel crappy. I think the peppermint might settle my stomach or something. I don't know...I just feel better after drinking it.

At a recent trade show, a tea vendor was serving tropical rooibos iced. I can see it being especially refreshing in the summer.

I agree with anyone who mentioned peppermint tea as an iced tea. Its one of my favorites. I used to mix some peppermint with whatever green tea I had on hand and turn it into ice tea. I got some weird looks from my roommate when I did that since I brewed it between 4 to 6 mugs instead of in a pot. If I don't finish a mug of any mint tea, it goes in the fridge and I'll drink it cold later.
When my parents make iced tea, they enjoy lemon, berry, and fruit flavors. They would combine strawberry, blueberry, lemon, and peach in some occasions for a decent fruity cold tea.
