Actually Scott mentioned, that 80% of his business comes from Russia and Ukraine.

Believe him, they also have a good share of the good old Yixing pots. :wink:

Anyway the 2010 shouldn't be much different.

Except it isn't 2011 ;)

I'm trying to buy up a few cakes, only from 2011, to age. Oh well, I've moved on :D

I ordered a cake a few weeks ago, and it should be another couple of weeks before it arrives. Will let you know when it comes in... from Scott's description, it sounds like it's a bit different. I guess I'll find out...!

I have a sample and I have tasted it, but nothing to compare it with. I think it's good but it does not live up to the hype and descriptions that I read about the 2011. Maybe I need another session.

I think it somewhat similar to the 2011 Ai Lao cake that I bought but with a "lower" taste.

I have a cake of the 2011 Wu Liang and I'm not sure that the 2011 lives up to the hype of the 2011.... :wink:

For the original price, it was always pretty good. But all it was, was a good tea that wasn't expensive. There was simply nothing uniquely good about it, with plenty of substitutes available.

But if you're looking to buy good-to-great teas (that are great value) from a specific year, then it is a bummer to miss out on one that fits the description.

Anyone here willing to sell their 2011 cake because they don't feel it's unique enough or because they could easily substitute it, please let me know :wink:
