I've been watching Cory's etsy site for quite a while now, envisioning a myteriously dark tea cup that would someday appear and just feel 'right'. Then I saw this one

That felt so like a beach, with shells and jellyfish thrown up by the water

And ridges of sand carved by the waves

and only managed a week or so of resistance before I caved.

guinomi vs. yunomi

both porcelain, handcarved double walled vessels

about 1/2 didn't survive.
