My name is fightingdestiny and I'm a tea addict...

... and have been for about two years now. I started off with Bigelow Raspberry Herbal tea (the gateway drug), and moved on to bigger and better things - loose tea... first flavored black tea, then unflavored black tea, green tea, and white tea. My favorites are Adagio's Darjeeling #22, Gingerbread, White Peony, White Peach, Apricot Green, White Monkey, and Strawberry Herbal.
In a personal note, I go to law school in the middle of nowhere, upstate, NY, and I want to be a civil rights attorney. When I'm not studying and sipping a cup of tea, I'm gardening (my tea habit influences that, too... I have four camilla sinensis plants and several herbal tea plants), reading, writing, hiking, playing around with Ubuntu Linux on my computer, or playing tabletop RPGs.
I'm very happy that this forum exists to allow tea lovers to exchange opinions and knowledge about tea and can't wait to start posting!

Heh, welcome.

Have you knowledge in cloning your tea plants, by chance? I have been wanting to get my hands on some for a long time. Where did you find them?

Welcome! I'm happy to hear about the gardening and the tea plants. Gotta figure out how to do that myself. How much longer in school?

Fuka: I actually tried to pollinate them this fall when they bloomed, but to no avail.
I bought them on Ebay about a year ago, so you may want to look there. I've seen some seed sellers pretty consistently there, but getting an actual plant is more rare.

Auntie: I have another year and a half left... it's slow going.
