I've got a gaiwan, and it would be awesome to have the serving vessel similar to what they have in the video, the thing with the strainer that fits on top. Is there a standard name for that, and where can I get one?

Many thanks.

Over here in Taiwan, that pitcher is called Cha Hei / 茶海 (literally tea sea), but as fellow TC-ers enlightened me recently, cha hei is used differently to refer to different things in other parts of the world.
