Hello from Sydney, Australia
Hi everybody,
As most of you can probably guess from my username, I drink more Japanese tea than anything else, although right now I am devoting some time (and money!) to exploring oolongs.
I'm also really into Japanese ceramics, and my collection of teaware is gradually expanding.
I'm looking forward to sharing my thoughts on sencha, gyokuro, and houjicha, and eventually oolongs too.
Thanks for reading!

Which Japanese greens do you enjoy? I am looking forward to seeing you around the forum. And please post some of your Japanese TeaWares.

Thanks, Chip!
I mostly drink asamushi sencha, so I guess I'm a bit of a traditionalist when it comes to Japanese greens!
My current favourites are Spring Midori from the Kinezuka family in Shizuoka, and Nakai's Uji Sencha Superior.
I'll have to take some snaps of my teaware to post!
Thanks again for the welcome.
