Chinese New Year is officially here: my breakfast smacks of the crazy multicultural nature of my life. Gouda with Austrian sourdough (dad got back from Austria last night), American eggs overeasy and handmade lo baak goh
(turnip cake, loaded with scallops and delicious ham) a business associate gave me last night. She made a ton at home and hit me with a huge container full to take home. I am definitely very appreciative.
Going to wash it down with some shui xian that I started last night.
Odd SX in that it tastes a little green, but it is very calming.
