It has nothing to do with tea but I could not resist ...
New cd from Satoko Fuji MA-DO band. "Time Stands Still" - recorded in NY with trumpeter Natsuki Tamura, Norikatsu Koreyasu on bass and Akira Horikoshi on drums. Released by NOT TWO RECORDS 2013 with my raku work on cover photo.

I made them some time ago on special request of my tea friend and client. He just send me this link to his blog http://chadekongjian.wordpress.com/2013/02/17/pu-erh-tea-jars-ab/ Before they looked like this. I mean without Petr Novak on the lid;)

Easy,easy but technically splash is made on unfired glaze. Just every mistake means a lot of cleaning and drying. Usualy I do not correct anything (you know "record of the moment";) Thanks again.

They are great! Ironically, that flowing, carefree mark is hard for beginners as they overthink it. There's a lot of practice in freeing ones self, I think

I already heard this Picasso's quote. It's so true. I have a 3 years old kid and her drawings kind of astonish me :shock:
