What are good online shops with quality teas and teaware? Looking for those in Europe.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

For a really great choice of good/high quality oolongs I can recommend Hotsoup, a Dutch online tea shop (hotsoup.nl). The prices are reasonable and the quality is certainly the best that can be had in the Netherlands - and they ship to all of Europe.

And for reallllly interesting and highly functional teaware "born and raised in Europe" ... try 2 of our teaware artisans. Petr Novak and Andrzej Bero.
I know Petr will do custom work (since I have had numerous pieces made), and I think Andre does as well.

Andrzej Bero there: http://www.teachat.com/viewtopic.php?f=40&t=14833

Also, thank you to the OP. I've been looking for a similar thread in the past days. Shipping costs from outside Europe can be quite high sometimes.

Essence of Tea (puerh, wuyi yancha), and Postcard Teas (green teas, black teas, and also oolong : dan cong and wuyi yancha). Both from England.
Re: Online tea shop (EU)
Please remember that there are lot of languages spoken in the EU, which makes 'googling' a bit more of a challenge. Also it is not easily visible in the tea vendor guide in TC where a company is located.
A final thing to consider is that not only can shipping costs become rather painful, customs can also be the cause of a headache or two when it comes to allowing the ordered tea into the country - as I have had the misfortune to experience myself.
Re: Online tea shop (EU)
Hmm, strange. I can Google in English on the American version of Google and find European tea vendors in non-english speaking countries. The search also pulls up previous times this question was answered on teachat.

Re: Online tea shop (EU)
Thank you for all the suggestions. Will have a look at them. Looking forward having another cup of a good tea.
And for the Google advice... @edkrueger Surely I can Google it, but I would rather have some personal experiences from tea users and where they shop for quality tea then Google optimised results.
And @NPE I totally agree with you, language is one big barrier and shipping cost is the main reason I am looking for on-line shop inside EU.

surprise can be that shipping cost in EU can be same or even higher compared to shipping cost from Asia to EU.Jadee wrote:And @NPE I totally agree with you, language is one big barrier and shipping cost is the main reason I am looking for on-line shop inside EU.
