Dark chocolate with Matcha interior

by Chip » Mar 22nd, '13, 21:33

This is new from Den's. Made with very dark 74% chocolate coating and ceremonial grade matcha blended with white chocolate interior.

Den's wrote:This very special treat comes from a collaboration of Den's Tea and Jin Patisserie*. The inside is a matcha ganache made from ceremonial grade matcha and fine white chocolate. The outside is a coating of 74% dark chocolate. The sweet matcha flavor spreads in your mouth while the bitter chocolate prevents it from tasting too sweet. We have 2 piece box for your try or small gift and 12 piece box for a full enjoyment.

Like premium tea, fine chocolates are best consumed in a peaceful environment!
Available for a very limited time to limited destinations ...
These chocolates are quite fragile and we are concerned about the onset of spring and the warming weather in parts of the country. Consequently, for this year, we will limit shipments to only northern States. This is to ensure the chocolate arrives in good order. The followings are the states for delivery this year (in alphabetical order): Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

They look quite tasty! I even like the logo representation.

Might cause me to give Dens a try again. I feel I have this grudge against them that at this point in time I am not sure if it is due to their products or my lack of know how on how to brew their products

Shoot that is another order to add onto the cue.

Well it seems being in Los Angeles still has it perks, Jin Patisserie is just around the corner from me. They make really tasty chocolates.
