new tea chat-er, throne of the crescent moon tea

Hi,
Just bought my first rea from adagio...throne if the crescent moon tea was blended after cardomom tea drank by the main character of the book by the same name.
The package did not come with steeping instructions so I could use advice. Until I choose a style of teapot I am using a single cup metal tea strainer.

Any organic grown teas available here?
