Tibetan Rhodiola...?

by yukondoit » Jan 15th, '08, 10:40

I just reviewed Tibetan Rhodiola tea. Before I ask anyone else, I figured I'd post this here -- I'm wondering Tibetan Rhodiola is the same as the herb Rhodiola rosea, a northern herb.

I can't find anything legit online about "Tibetan rhodiola". So I am going to e-mail the tea house where I bought it, but I figured maybe someone here would know.

From the folks at Boulder Dushanbe:

Hi Jessica,

Thanks for your inquiry about the Tibetan Rhodiola. I believe it is the same as the Rhodiola rosea, but we too had a hard time getting concrete information about this product. We are no longer carrying it.

I wrote back, so I'll be getting more info, I hope.

FYI, they are all out, but I just bought 4 oz. on CulinaryTeas.com. This stuff is nuts. It totally woke me up.
