Yame Fukamushi Gokujo from Hakoniwado

A little late!

Time has not seemed to harm this Fuka. Brew 1 and 2 were smooth, deep, balanced and still held a long finish. Brew 3 was flat.

1- 158F/ 60 sec
2- 160F/ 20 sec
3- 170F/ 2 min

Wow. Just checked and saw there is still availability at deep discounts. 50 grams for $10.

Just noticed your post :)

So people won't confuse, sencha Kiri is actually totally different tea and quite a bit higher grade (similar to Kikyou from 2012 OTTI, but grade is higher). It's also normal steaming and not fuka. I don't carry any of 2011 teas anymore, they were replaced by similar, but better value or quality. Although currently almost nothing left in stock. Hope i can solve my problems in time and continue with shop.

Thank you for setting this sencha noob straight. Regardless, sounds like an even better deal than I had imagined! You all should jump on this and buy up from this quality vendor!
