I just bought some loose Lotus tea from a Asian Market on O street in Lincoln, Nebraska. They had a good selection of loose leaf teas.

Check back with Holy Mountain: http://www.holymtn.com/. They once carried it but had lost their contact. They're in the process of dealing with another VNmese manufacturer and will be carry Tra` Sen/Lotus Tea very soon.
