CL stands for Cuilong Cha Ye (翠龙茶业) which is a puerh tea shop in Fangcu (芳村) Guangzhou. Fangcu is one of the biggest puerh tea trading centre in China and the number of tea shops are in thousands there. CL has a Taobao site:http://cuilongchaye.taobao.com/

You can buy from Taobao through an agent and they normally charge between 8 to 10% on top of the value of the goods plus domestic shipping cost.
Most news puerh cakes from CL is o.k. but if you want to source older stuffs i.e. before 2007, then you need to go somewhere else as CL is not very hot on older stuffs.
